Well not really zero, I did get a good start on a painting yesterday. I have only been painting this colorful way for a couple of years. I am grateful for the circumstances that plopped me into Provincetown back in 2009. It was then, looking for something to do, that I had my first experience with the teachings of Henry Hensche. I took a course with Hilda Neily, who studied with Hensche for many, many years. A significant number of Hensche students pass on his legacy through workshops, community, encouragement and thankfully, the restart of his art school, the Cape School of Art.
But I digress- I have a few pictures for you from yesterday's outting to the Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary in Easthampton, MA and the start of a painting.
